Qualifications: PSW certification or diploma is a must. First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) level C Certificate Police Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (within 1 year) 2 Steps of Tuberculosis (TB) Test and Immunizations (up to date) Have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel within a communityStrong time management skills, confidentiality, and professionalism Excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with Healthcare Staff and clients Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team environment Interest in continuous learning - high energy and focused

Responsibilities: Compassion, integrity, and quality care are all expectations of our community culture. Work Conditions: Work requires travel within community or facility May involve long hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet organizational needs.

Pay Rate: Starting at $20.60 per hour
