Description A private multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Oakville is hiring a full time Registered Physiotherapist Requirements PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES: Perform clinical assessments, set goals and provide treatment plans for clients Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment Provide patient education, therapeutic exercise, functional training and hands-on manual therapy Treat ligament disorders consisting of sprains, strains, tendon ruptures and tendonitis Treat muscle injury disorders including muscle bruises, contusions, muscle contractures, muscle ruptures, muscle spasms and myositis Provide pain management consisting of headache, myofascial pain, neck pain and lower back pain. Provide joint injuries disorders consisting of osteoarthritis, dislocations, ligament injuries Provide dysfunctions arising from inflammatory conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, planter fasciitis and bursitis Provide neurological injury disorders including stroke/CVA, ruptured disk, crush injuries/neuritis Provide on- going evaluation of client progress Meet and/or exceed productivity standards Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders Additional Comments If you are interested in this prospect, please forward your resume by separate attachment in word format to:tanya.
