Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, utilizing various tools and equipment. Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on meeting production targets, quality standards, and overall team performance. Bonus potential is up to 20% of total annual compensation. Responsibilities - Assemble parts and components according to specifications. - Conduct quality checks - Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to complete assembly tasks - Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials safely throughout the production process - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot assembly issues promptly - Assist in warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and inventory management when required Experience - Prior experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or construction environments is preferred - Hands-on experience with forklift operation is a plus - Warehouse experience including heavy lifting and material handling is advantageous - Previous assembly experience demonstrating attention to detail and quality assurance skills This position provides an engaging opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing or construction who are looking to apply their technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
