Physiotherapist (Part-Time) – R3 Physiotherapy & Wellness | Oakville R3 Physiotherapy & Wellness in Oakville is currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and patient-focused Registered or Resident Physiotherapist to join our growing team. Our Oakville location is uniquely positioned within a busy Pain Clinic alongside three medical doctors, offering a strong built-in referral network and a consistent flow of patients. There is already significant demand, with patients waiting to begin care, creating an excellent opportunity to quickly build and maintain a full caseload. Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including athletes, post-surgical clients, office professionals, and active individuals. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, individualized care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and driven clinician to join our team in a part-time role, with flexible scheduling available. New graduates and Resident Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Deliver hands-on therapy, including soft tissue techniques and exercise-based rehab - Work closely with a Physiotherapist Assistant (PTA) to support treatment plans and optimize patient care - Provide high-quality care with a strong focus on patient experience and retention - Manage a wide-ranging caseload in a fast-paced clinical setting - Perform assessments and fittings for custom bracing and compression stockings - Work confidently with MVA and WSIB cases Qualifications: - Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable managing a diverse caseload Schedule & Availability: We are seeking part-time availability across the following clinic hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Location: 388 Kerr St., Oakville, ON If you’re looking to grow your career in a positive, team-oriented clinic with strong internal referrals and immediate patient demand, we’d love to hear from you.
