As our brand continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to help support customer communication, lead follow-up, and day-to-day operational coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an organized and skilled environment, communicates confidently with customers, and has a genuine interest in camping, trucks, overlanding, outdoor lifestyle products, or RV culture. This is not a graphic design or influencer role. Our current priority is improving customer experience, operational organization, lead management, and overall business coordination. Position Details Position: Sales & Operations Coordinator Type: Part-Time Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week (flexible) Location: Ontario-based candidates only Work Style: Hybrid Remote (Oakville, ON) Key Responsibilities - Respond to and organize customer inquiries - Help manage lead follow-up and customer communication - Coordinate ongoing sales and operational tasks - Assist with scheduling, tracking, and customer updates - Support communication with logistics, installation, and external partners - Maintain organization across CRM, email communications, and active projects - Assist management with operational coordination and growth-related activities - Help improve customer experience and internal workflow organization - Support trade shows or occasional industry-related activities when needed What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable communicating professionally with customers. The ideal candidate does not need to come from a large corporate environment, but should be mature, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of following multiple ongoing tasks carefully. Experience or personal interest in: - camping, - overlanding, - RV lifestyle, - truck accessories, - outdoor recreation, - off-roading, - or related industries is considered a strong asset.
