Production Worker (Oakville)

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products with precision, utilizing various tools and equipment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills are essential for success. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on meeting production targets, quality standards, and overall team performance. Bonus potential is up to 20% of total annual compensation. Responsibilities - Assemble parts and components according to specifications. - Conduct quality checks - Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to complete assembly tasks - Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials safely throughout the production process - Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and troubleshoot assembly issues promptly - Assist in warehouse activities including loading, unloading, and inventory management when required Experience - Prior experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or construction environments is preferred - Hands-on experience with forklift operation is a plus - Warehouse experience including heavy lifting and material handling is advantageous - Previous assembly experience demonstrating attention to detail and quality assurance skills This position provides an engaging opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing or construction who are looking to apply their technical skills in a rapid-paced environment.
