Job Description Ride Automotive Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales BDC Supervisor to lead our Sales BDC team. This is a hands-on working supervisor role where the successful candidate will oversee a team of 3 BDC Agents while actively working the sales floor themselves on a daily basis. This is not a desk-only management position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable handling internet leads, phone calls, customer follow-up, appointment setting, and CRM management alongside their team while leading by example and helping drive overall department performance. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and experienced in a fast-paced franchise dealership environment. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team of 3 Sales BDC Agents Actively work inbound internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries daily Set and confirm sales appointments Manage customer follow-up and CRM activities personally while ensuring team accountability Lead by example through robust communication, consistency, and performance Monitor team KPIs, response times, and appointment conversion Train staff on scripts, objection handling, and customer experience Work closely with the Sales Management team to maximize opportunities and showroom traffic Requirements Minimum 2 years of franchise automotive dealership sales experience required Previous Sales BDC experience strongly preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills Experience using dealership CRM systems Must be hands-on, performance-driven, and team-oriented Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a quick-paced environment Why Join Us?
