Become a pivotal part of Quadra as an R&D;/Application Specialist for Dairy & Beverage in Oakville, Ontario. This full time, in office position focuses on innovative product strategies and technical excellence. Reporting to the Innovation/R&D; Manager, this role is crucial for developing high-quality ingredient solutions that meet commercial needs. You will lead all activities in product development for dairy and beverage applications while collaborating with sales and operational teams. Your solid analytical skills and creativity will allow you to design exceptional prototypes that resonate with market trends and customer preferences.
