Drive new business as an Inside Sales Representative at Herman’s Building Centres. Focus on exceptional customer experiences through effective sales strategies and relationship building.
In this role, you will generate leads while delivering high-quality service to contractors and clients. Your B2B sales expertise will guide conversations, close deals, and foster lasting partnerships with both walk-in clients and those engaged over the phone. Success is driven by your ability to meet and exceed sales goals through effective prospecting and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:• Maximize sales through inbound and outbound client interactions • Qualify prospects and analyze needs for suitable products • Handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently • Conduct cold calls to generate leads effectively • Achieve and surpass individual and team sales objectives
Requirements:• 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience required • Experience with contractors is a strong asset • Comfortable exceeding monthly sales quotas • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Previous telephone sales experience preferred
