Part-Time Enforcement Services Associate, Oakville

Reporting to the Manager of Strategy, Licensing, and Business Services, you will deliver vital support in processing penalties and managing various permits. This role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of municipal regulations, particularly in parking and licensing. With an emphasis on customer service, you will interact with the public through multiple channels while resolving escalated inquiries and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:• Process administrative penalties and manage permits • Provide customer support related to municipal enforcement • Review and issue business licenses and parking permits • Document and resolve service requests in Salesforce • Reconcile financial transactions for parking operations

Requirements:• 2-year college diploma in Public or Business Administration • 3 years of experience in municipal enforcement • Knowledge of APS, by-laws, and municipal service delivery • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and database management • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
