Key Responsibilities:• Lead and support store associates throughout shifts • Responsible for merchandising and shipment handling • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and service standards • Conduct supervisory tasks such as breaks and attendance tracking • Engage in inventory processes and employee training

Requirements:• Minimum one year retail experience required • 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred • Must have ambition for internal growth • Open availability including weekends • Strong communication and multitasking skills
