As a Learning&Development Specialist, you will design and deliver impactful training across five provinces and Michigan. Collaborate with HR and the Health&Safety team to develop learning strategies that meet operational and regulatory needs. Your expertise in adult learning principles and AI-enabled content development will enhance compliance training and support organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop engaging learning content using AI tools • Implement and manage a Learning Management System • Monitor training effectiveness and compliance training • Collaborate with HR to support employee development • Maintain and update training materials efficiently

Requirements:• 2–5 years in Learning&Development• Degree in HR, Education, or related field • Experience with LMS administration and AI content • Strong communication and facilitation skills • Knowledge of compliance training in regulated industries
