Store Manager (Oakville)

If so, this is the job for you! We have a position available in our Downtown Oakville shop and looking to fill immediately. Tell us why you are the person for the job. And not to worry, complete training on cigar knowledge comes with the job. Responsibilities Determine and develop client needs and preferences to ensure their purchases meet those parameters. Carefully manage inventory including receiving purchase orders and restocking products. Manage staff, both retail and barbers, to ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Past retail experience in a role where staff and paperwork were managed on a daily basis. The ability to work independently, problem solve and make decisions. This is a long-term position suitable for someone looking to become a permanent fixture in a tight knit small business family. This position is not suitable for students or those looking for temporary placement. Duties range from customer service, retail sales, product knowledge and order fulfillment to inventory management, general merchandising and purchase order receipts. In addition you will be responsible for management of the barbershop including daily reconciliation with barbers and partial management of scheduling via telephone and online. This candidate will report direct to the 2 company owners.
