Become a pivotal part of Quadra as an R&D;/Application Specialist for Dairy & Beverage in Oakville, Ontario. This full-time, on-site position focuses on creative product strategies and technical excellence. Reporting to the Innovation/R&D; Manager, this role is crucial for developing high-quality ingredient solutions that meet commercial needs. You will lead all activities in product development for dairy and beverage applications while collaborating with sales and operational teams. Your strong analytical skills and creativity will allow you to design exceptional prototypes that resonate with market trends and customer preferences. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee product development for dairy and beverage • Create prototypes to showcase blending capabilities • Manage ingredient and product sample inventory • Maintain the R&D; laboratory in compliance with standards • Attend industry events to promote ingredients and identify innovations Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science • At least 3 years in dairy formulation and processing • Strong understanding of ingredients and laboratory practices • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Familiarity with MS Office and relevant software Leverage your expertise to enhance Quadra's innovative dairy offerings.
