Develop, deliver, and maintain standardized dashboards, reports, and curated insights for Product, Operations, and Business Excellence stakeholders within RLS. Translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability. Support adoption of Power BI as the primary analytics platform. Define, track, and maintain KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics. Support data governance, audit, risk, and compliance reporting needs. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enable self‑service analytics. Qualifications

5–8 years in BI, analytics, or data management. Strong change-management, communication, and storytelling abilities you translate complex data topics into clear business value. Benefits

We look forward to meeting you. Total Direct Compensation: $122,000 to $149,200 (in $CAD). The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable).
