Retail associate, Oakville West

Our client, a leader in the logistic industry, is seeking a Retail/Shipping Resolution associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, computer knowledge, teamwork and a sense of urgency skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Customer service representative

Location : Oakville, ON

Shifts : Tue&Thur 17:00 - 20:00&Saturday 8:45 -16:15

Pay rate : $17.60 per hour

What’s the Job?

Serving customers in the most efficient and courteous manner on the telephone and in person Handling customer complaints and inquiries Working to resolve problem shipments Building a positive relationship with customers; key contacts - vendors, building tenants, etc Assisting customers with shipping details and account challengesLoading, scanning, logging and calling resolution freight Cash reconciliation including deposits, key control Ability to lift 70lbs/stand for 3 hour intervals

What’s Needed?

Ability to lift and/or carry up to 70 lbs. 3-12 months customer service experience preferred 3-12 months using technology/POS system experience Good communication skills and teamwork Attendance is a must !

What’s in it for me?

Weekly pay, every Friday. 4% of vacation pay. Temporary to permanent position.
