Business Development Sales Representative Lightyear Media is hiring a proven Business Development Sales Representative to drive new business for our premium digital screens in Times Square. This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for a true outbound hunter — someone who knows how to break into enterprise accounts, engage senior decision-makers, and consistently generate qualified pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel and play a critical role in driving revenue by opening doors with top brands across North America & the world. What You’ll Own - Full outbound prospecting strategy into enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts - Direct engagement with C-level, VP, and Director-level decision-makers - Building and managing a high-quality, conversion-focused pipeline - Turning market insights and company news into compelling outreach angles - Driving qualified opportunities that convert into revenue What You Bring - 2+ years of outbound sales / business development experience (media, advertising) - Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline and/or revenue targets - Confidence selling to senior executives and navigating complex organizations - Strong discovery and qualification skills (you know what a real opportunity looks like) - Ability to craft personalized, insight-driven outreach — not generic messaging - High activity, high ownership mindset Your Day-to-Day - Execute strategic, high-volume outbound - Research target accounts, campaigns, and industry trends to develop a solid approach - Qualify prospects based on budget, timing, and fit - Deliver sharp, value-driven pitches for premium OOH advertising - Partner with leadership and production to move deals toward close What Success Looks Like - You consistently generate high-quality, sales-ready opportunities - Your outreach converts into meaningful conversations with the right stakeholders - You build a strong, predictable pipeline month over month - You take ownership of your number — and hit it Why This Role Stands Out - Sell premium advertising inventory in one of the most iconic locations globally - High visibility impact — your work directly drives revenue - Performance-driven culture with strong earning potential - Opportunity to work with major brands and enterprise clients Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pr3c4
