In this Role, You Will:
Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies.
Support the Project Management team in evaluating vendor proposals, progressing designs, completing project framework documents, supporting RFPs, scheduling, cost control, change management, contractor management, construction execution, and commissioning.
Manage projects at different stages, including scoping, feasibility, execution and completion.
Work within multi-disciplinary professional teams, supporting projects such as major building renovation and replacement of underground waterlines.
Seek ways to improve processes by collaborating with engineering, operations, and consultants on process development, quality assurance initiatives, day‑to‑day troubleshooting, and evaluation testing.
Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to improve business operations.
Requirements
Working towards an undergraduate degree in Civil, Project Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a passion for project‑based work.
Comfortable working in a dynamic industrial environment with engineering, technical, and operational personnel.
Motivated self‑starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas to all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks advantageous.
