Hiring: Civil/Water Resources Engineer (EIT or PE) Location: Longview, TX Salary: $60,000 $120,000/yr Schedule: Full-time Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Civil/Water Resources Engineer to support municipal water, wastewater, drainage, utilities, pump station, and site development projects. This role is heavily focused on hands-on design work using AutoCAD and Civil 3D while supporting senior engineers on infrastructure delivery and municipal engineering projects.Key Responsibilities Design water, wastewater, drainage, and utility systems Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D Support pump station and treatment plant design Assist with site development and municipal infrastructure projects Support field visits and client coordinationDevelop toward independent project management Qualifications&Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field 5 7 years civil/water resources experience EIT required, PE preferred Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills required unicipal water/wastewater experience required
