Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Geotechnical or Mining Engineering. - Registered, or eligible to register, with Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia (EGBC) as a P. Eng. or Engineer in Training. - Minimum three years of relevant geotechnical experience, including experience with geotechnical investigations, analyses, design and monitoring work for open pit mining operations (coal, base or precious metals, or industrial minerals). - Working knowledge of software packages for open pit and waste dump geotechnical work (e.g., Rocscience suite, GeoExplorer, radar monitoring, MinePlan). - Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent. Benefits: - Extended Health Benefits. - Health Spending Account. - Vacation Allotment.
