Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our property management team. Duties - Assist in managing property leasing processes, including lease agreements, renewals, tenant records, and data entry - Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to tenant inquiries via phone and email while maintaining professional phone etiquette - Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and contractor schedules to ensure timely resolution - Support general administrative tasks, including filing, record keeping, preparing reports, and maintaining organized office operations in compliance with company policies - Engage in tenant relationship management, including follow-ups and addressing concerns effectively - Post rental listings, assist with tenant screening, and track rent payments - Show available properties to prospective tenants, providing information and guidance to support their leasing decisions - Carry out thorough inspections of tenant-occupied units to ensure property standards are maintained - Conduct detailed move-in and move-out inspections to support a smooth transition for tenants Experience - Strong background in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, record keeping, and handling multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members - Experience in customer service or sales roles involving negotiation, relationship management, and problem-solving - Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and standard office software - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and work independently Bonus Skills: - Knowledge of landlord–tenant laws - Experience with property management software, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - Basic bookkeeping knowledge What We Offer: - Competitive hourly rate based on experience - Versatile part-time hours (30–36 hours/week on average) - Opportunity for growth in property management How to Apply: Send your resume via Indeed or directly to Subject: Property Management Assistant +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and demonstrates a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
