Job Description Banquets Server (Casual) As a Banquets Server, you will help to create a special event our guests will remember. Your ability to work as a team player, combined with your service skills and your engaging personality, will ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.

This is a Casual position.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.80 per hour.

We recognize tenure through our compensation– hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.60.

Responsibilities

Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way

Serve all food and beverage items for assigned banquet meetings

Have full knowledge of beverage lists

Have full knowledge of all menu items being served

Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards

Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications

Serving It Right Certificate required

Previous serving experience

Must thrive under pressure and be knowledgeable in guest recovery

Previous experience in Banquets is preferred
