Job Description As an In‑Room Dining Server at Fairmont, you will provide exceptional, personalized service to guests by delivering meals and beverages directly to their rooms. You will ensure that each guest's experience exceeds their expectations through attentive service, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the hotel’s offerings.

$17.22/hour
Job Duties
Take guest orders over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with Fairmont's standards of presentation, ensuring orders are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Communicate effectively with guests, addressing any special dietary requirements, preferences, or concerns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel’s menu and seasonal changes, to offer suggestions to guests.
Accurately process orders and payments, ensuring guests’ checks are correct and payments are processed.
Ensure that guest rooms are left neat and tidy after delivery, removing any unused or empty items.
Qualifications
Alberta ProServe Certificate required
Minimum of 1 year experience in food&beverage industry an asset
Working knowledge of Micros, Property Manager and Microsoft applications an asset
Additional Information You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non‑day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
