Job Description As a Spa Concierge at Fairmont Hotels&Resorts, you will be the first point of contact for our guests seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. You will deliver a warm and welcoming experience while coordinating spa bookings, assisting with guest inquiries, and supporting smooth daily spa operations. Your genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to wellness will set the tone for a memorable spa journey.

Job Duties
Manage spa bookings, confirmations, and scheduling of treatments using the spa software system.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and elevate when necessary.
Provide detailed information about spa services, products and facilities.
Strictly enforce the privacy and confidentiality of guest information.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas.
Promote retail products and upsell treatments when appropriate.
Assist with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning.
Communicate with all other departments within Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise to ensure effective and efficient management of operations.
Qualifications
Previous customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa management systems (e.g., Book4Time).
First Aid certificate (including CPR)– an asset.
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non‑day shifts. By applying you are indicating that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
