Lead the training initiatives at Line Creek as the Coordinator for Maintenance Training Programs. Spearhead comprehensive training while ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Senior Lead in Training and Development. You will manage the development and implementation of training programs tailored for the Line Creek Maintenance Department. Your duties will include liaising with apprentices and educational institutions, while also consulting with facility leadership to assess and address training needs continuously.
