Competitive wages: base pay is $50,000- $63,000/year dependent on skills and qualifications. Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted upon initial pre-screen.

Manager, Planning and Administration
Shift:
5x2 - Monday‑Friday
Safety Sensitive:
No RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5‑year provincial driving record required
Travel:
up to 15% travel within Canada
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation
Key Job Responsibilities
Welcome visitors, manage front‑desk activity, and support a professional, efficient office environment
Handle incoming calls, mail, courier shipments, and maintain accurate internal directories
Maintain office supplies, PPE inventory, and create purchase requisitions in SAP
Support Accounts Payable tasks including GRs, PO updates, and documentation accuracy
Administer fleet program requirements, track compliance, and maintain reporting
Assist with new hire onboarding packages and general administrative support for the regional team
Qualifications/Requirements
3–5 years of experience in a busy work environment
Office Administration certificate or equivalent experience
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an asset
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Produces accurate, well‑organized work within required timelines
