Availability To be scheduled, availability must include a minimum of 2 days per week with 8 hours per shift, contingent upon business levels permitting. Preference will be given to those available for the full season (May–October 15).

Starting Rate $17.22 per hour.

What You Will Be Doing

Complete Daily Operations (opening/closing duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)

Meet and greet guests and coordinate with colleagues and MOD regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions

Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods

Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue

Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must have Pro-Serve Certification

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast-paced environment

Previous point-of-sale system experience

Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge

Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time

Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
