Requirements:• Minimum educational requirement: Grade 12 Diploma or GED • National Lifeguard Award – Pool certification is necessary • Proficient in Standard First Aid and CPR “C” practices • Lifesaving Instructor and Aquafit Instructor certifications required • Experience with staff and community interaction in a recreational setting
