About the Role
The Sidecut Steakhouse Server Assistant is responsible for anticipating and servicing guests’ requirements before the guests request. He or she will serve and clear all food and beverage items, complete opening and closing side-work, and set tables according to standards. Sidecut Steakhouse is a casual upscale dining experience at Four Seasons Resort&Residences Whistler. Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $20.05 What You Will Do
Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during dinner service. Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting. Serve and clear all food and beverage items. Complete opening and closing side‑work as assigned. Set all tables according to standards.Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests, and answer any guest questions about the menu. Break down displays or side stations. Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness. Ensure a seamless guest experience. What You Bring
At least 2 years’ experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or a hotel; preference is given to candidates with fine‑dining experience. Solid knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine. Strong command of the English language. Excellent commitment to service and teamwork. Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.Valid work authorization for Canada. What We Offer
