Crew Lead Property Maintenance High River

Job Summary We are seeking a Crew Lead for our Property Maintenance division to oversee daily field operations, guide and support crew members, and ensure high-quality service delivery across commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating work schedules, maintaining safety and efficiency standards, and communicating with management and clients as needed. Robust leadership experience, attention to detail, and a background in landscape or property maintenance are essential. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew performing property maintenance tasks on commercial and residential sites Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time Train, support, and provide direction to crew members in the field Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations Enforce and adhere to all health and safety procedures and ensure safe work practices are followed Communicate with management regarding job progress, issues, and site updates Operate equipment and perform hands-on maintenance work as required Conduct basic site inspections to ensure work completion and quality control Requirements Experience pulling a trailer is required. Professional landscape experience is preferred. Experience leading teams in outdoor environments. Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members.
