We are hiring for a relief, full time registered Social Worker for the Elk Valley Hospital, located in Fernie, B.C. As an acute care Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients and their families by providing comprehensive assessments, care planning, and coordinated support tailored to their unique needs.
