Food & Beverage Server Kimberley

Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc. is looking to fill the position of Server at Kimberley Alpine Resort. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and team player. Key Responsibilities Ensuring the highest level of service and guest experience Assist and upsell guests at every opportunity Opening/closing and side duties as per the restaurant systems Positive communication with your teammates and managers Adhere to RCR policies, procedures, and Safety Management Program Ensure a clean and protected working setting Qualifications Previous serving experience an asset Serving it Right certification required A willingness to learn new skills Strong organizational skills Conditions: Work flexible shifts, varying hours Working holidays, weekends and evenings can be expected Compensation and Benefits Wage: $18.04 per hour as per Collective Agreement Mountain access perks: Full time staff receive an RCR pass with full mountain access, plus reciprocal resort tickets and discounted friends & family tickets Staff discounts: Enjoy savings on food & beverage, rentals, retail items and hotel accommodation.
