Responsibilities - To support the Operations manager in team development and to work with staff at other levels to ensure an efficient workflow and smooth - Manage and supervise the work of drivers - Plan driver delivery areas and routes - Dealing with problematic packages - Monitor delivery KPIs of drivers - Assist the operation director and colleagues in other work Qualifications - Fluent in English/Mandarin, basic French - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent time management skills - Proficient in general computer applications - Demonstrate collaborative teamwork spirit - Legally eligible to work in Canada - Have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license - Willing to work variable shifts/overtime Perks - Dental, Vision, RRSP, Medical insurance, Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, Management training program - Salary $40,000 to $43,000 CAD Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ozxvo
