Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming setting for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform thorough cleaning tasks in assigned residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Organize and declutter spaces as needed to enhance the overall appearance of homes. Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding clothes Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to company standards for quality and safety. Skills Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player when necessary. Positive communication skills for interacting with clients and understanding their specific cleaning preferences. Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
