Head Concierge at The Post Hotel, Kananaskis Country (Claresholm)

Become the face of hospitality at The Post Hotel and Spa in Lake Louise as the Head Concierge. This full-time role focuses on creating exceptional guest experiences through personal assistance and local insights.

As the Head Concierge, you'll report directly to the General Manager within the Front Desk team. Your responsibilities include managing the hotel’s annual activity calendar, partnering with sales for innovative guest programs, and maintaining strong guest relationships. Your expertise will ensure guests feel welcomed and well-informed throughout their stay using your extensive local knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:• Design and manage seasonal activity calendars and experiences • Collaborate with Sales&Marketing for unique guest programs• Offer personalized service, anticipating guest needs • Maintain positive relationships and excellent customer service • Arrange excursions and transportation for hotel guests

Requirements:• High school diploma required, post-secondary preferred • Exceptional interpersonal skills such as patience and empathy • Organizational and time management abilities • Ability to perform under pressure and multitask • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
