The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of 16-20 employees while coordinating daily operational tasks. This role emphasizes client relations, including resolving guest issues and meeting special requests. Additionally, you will manage schedules, maintain efficient workflows, and handle financial tasks such as bookkeeping and payments.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage guest check-ins and room assignments • Supervise and train team members effectively • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly • Schedule and coordinate recreational activities • Ensure proper operation of technical support systems

Requirements:• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in guest services • Familiarity with MS Outlook, QuickBooks, and Sage Accounting Software • Strong organizational and judgment skills • Ability to maintain service under pressure • Eligibility as a permanent or temporary resident of Canada
