Elevate guest experiences at Basin Glacial Waters as a Luxury Wellness Concierge. Guide visitors through their wellness journey while collaborating with the Fairmont Spa for premium services.

In this permanent role at our brand new wellness facility, you will manage bookings, provide detailed insights on specialty experiences, and work closely with Fairmont Spa on exclusive treatment options. Your strong communication and organizational skills will be crucial as you navigate guest inquiries and promote our exceptional amenities.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage Basin reservations and guest inquiries via phone and email • Collaborate with Fairmont Spa for additional treatment services • Meet booking quotas and promote hotel and spa services • Generate reports and maintain reservation accuracy • Assist facility attendants and servers during peak times

Requirements:• Previous reservations or sales experience preferred • Knowledge of Opera PMS and Central Reservations Systems is a plus • Strong analytical and communication skills • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
