Customer Service Agent– Work From Home, East Kootenays (Fernie)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent to work from home and assist both existing and prospective clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service and knowledgeable responses to client inquiries.

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll manage an array of client interactions and are expected to demonstrate superb product expertise. Responsibilities include responding to calls, distributing enrollment materials, and creating customized policies while advocating for clients' needs. Moreover, you’ll benefit from working closely with management to stay informed on current products and policies.
