Job Overview We are seeking a Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety standards. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station Monitor food quality during service and make adjustments as needed Follow proper food safety procedures at all times Support the team in serving guests efficiently and courteously Restock ingredients and supplies as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food service workplace Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and presentation skills Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Familiarity with the food industry’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and hygiene Experience with serving guests and providing exceptional customer service is a plus This position is ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts who thrive in fast-paced environments.
