Fairmont is hiring a full-time overnight Guest Services Associate, starting June 2026. In this role, you'll meet and assist guests, help with luggage, and address their needs personally and efficiently. With in-depth knowledge of hotel services, you will ensure each interaction leaves a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:• Greet guests and help with their luggage promptly • Safely park and retrieve parked valet vehicles • Actively assist guests with inquiries and requests • Stay informed about hotel services and promotions • Foster a welcoming atmosphere throughout the night

Requirements:• Valid BC driver’s license required with clean history • Class 5 driver's license necessary • Previous experience in guest service considered beneficial • Willingness to work night shifts • Complimentary meals and accommodation available
