Become a key part of our Office Administration team at Fernie RV Resort this summer! We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented individual who excels in customer service to enhance our guest experience.

This part-time seasonal role begins ASAP and runs until late September. You will manage front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and coordinate with various departments. Your familiarity with the local area will help guests enjoy their visit to our beautiful resort.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage front desk operations with professionalism • Complete reservations via phone, email, and in person • Welcome guests and provide information on amenities • Attend to guest needs efficiently through various channels • Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams

Requirements:• Previous experience in hospitality is recommended • Completed secondary school or equivalent certification • Strong written and oral communication skills • Detail-oriented with a friendly demeanor • Comfortable using computer programs and phones
