As a permanent Concierge, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. Your role includes managing reservations, collaborating with Fairmont Spa for additional treatments, and responding to guest inquiries effectively. You will foster a welcoming atmosphere as you assist guests in curating their wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries • Liaise with Fairmont Spa to offer treatment options • Achieve booking quotas while promoting spa services • Maintain accurate records and generate daily reports • Support facility attendants during busy periods

Requirements:• Experience in reservations or sales is advantageous • Knowledge of Opera PMS and booking systems is a plus • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to work varied shifts and lift up to 20lbs
