Lake Louise Guest Services Attendant, Kananaskis Country (Claresholm)

Become a key part of the Lake Louise Ski Resort team as a Guest Services Attendant. This part-time role involves providing exceptional service in a stunning natural setting.

Your responsibilities will include managing guest interactions, processing ticket sales, and supporting various administrative functions focused on enhancing guest satisfaction. You'll greet visitors warmly and ensure they have a memorable experience as per our mission:‘We Make People Happy.’ This dynamic role includes either indoor office tasks or outdoor greeting positions depending on your preference.

Key Responsibilities:• Address guest inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally • Process ticket and pass sales accurately • Manage communications within the resort • Support lost and found and locker rentals • Monitor tickets and passes for validity at lifts

Requirements:• Proven customer service experience required • Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team • Service-oriented, reliable, and enthusiastic personality • Capability to work outdoors in changing conditions • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred
