We are hiring a Customer Service Agent to provide top-tier service to our clients from the comfort of home. Ideal candidates should possess a drive for excellence and deep product knowledge to assist with inquiries.
In this position, you will support clients efficiently by dispatching incoming calls and managing service requests while advocating for their best interests. You will also distribute benefit enrollment materials and work closely with management to update and refine your understanding of current offerings and policies.

Requirements:• Must be enthusiastic and self-driven • Strong communication skills for remote communications • Willingness to learn about products and policies • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple client needs • Commitment to delivering exceptional service Advocacy
