UVA at The Larix is seeking a Chef to help lead and grow our upscale, chef-driven restaurant in the heart of Kimberley, BC. Connected to one of Bc's highest rated boutique hotels, UVA focuses on quality ingredients, curated wines, thoughtful service, and a collaborative hospitality environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, organized, adaptable, and excited by the chance to play a meaningful role in a growing operation. This role offers creative input, leadership prospect, and the ability to help shape the next phase of an established restaurant with a solid local representation. What we are looking for: Strong kitchen organization and prep management Ability to lead service calmly and consistently Experience with ordering, inventory, and maintaining kitchen standards Team-oriented attitude and strong communication Passion for hospitality and guest experience Fine dining or upscale casual experience considered an asset Compensation competitive hourly wage plus substantial kitchen tip participation. Current structure provides significant additional earning potential beyond base wage.
