What You Will Do

Ensure guests' needs are fully attended to in a function setting.

Gather and transport all supplies required for function setup.

Set tables and back‑of‑house prep space according to service standards.

Prepare mise‑en‑place for events.

Serve food and beverage components as per Four Seasons' standards.

The Banquet Server will provide dependable, punctual, and enthusiastic service at all times. They will be comfortable lifting and carrying heavy trays and furniture based on the needs of the function. Candidates with experience working in catered events previously will be prioritized.

What You Bring

Previous experience serving is required.

Previous experience in catering work or high‑volume functions is preferred.

Strong command of the English language.

Comfortable lifting and carrying 20+ pounds.

Excellent commitment to service.

Must have a Serving it Right Certificate.

Ability to work in Canada.
