Facilities Attendant Grounds - College of the Rockies, Cranbrook

Help maintain the stunning grounds of College of the Rockies as a Facilities Attendant. This auxiliary role is focused on groundskeeping, security, and first aid services during weekends.

You will play a key role in reporting to the Facilities Manager, overseeing the aesthetic and functional aspects of campus landscaping. If you have experience in building maintenance, groundskeeping, or relevant trades, this job will allow you to utilize those valuable skills. Expect to assist the department and staff in maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:• Supervise and care for campus grounds and landscaping • Provide necessary security and first aid on weekends • Offer support to the Manager of Facilities • Execute minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work • Ensure the maintenance of building infrastructures and grounds

Requirements:• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience • Class 5 Driver's License required • First Aid Level 1 certification needed • Proficient in various building maintenance tasks
