Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to join our repair team. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and the prospect to develop valuable skills in various technical areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and foundational mechanical aptitude. This paid position provides a pathway to grow within our organization and gain practical experience in auto repair. Duties - Assist with assembly, machining, and fabrication tasks under supervision - Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments such as calipers - Participate in welding, mechanical assembly, and equipment maintenance activities - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately Experience - Basic knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical concepts is a plus - Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding, machining, or forklift operation is advantageous - Strong interest in auto repai processes and mechanical systems - Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools such as calipers - Previous experience with assembly or working in a shop environment is beneficial but not mandatory This Apprentice role is designed for individuals eager to develop technical skills within a supportive team environment.
