Position: Route Supervisor Reporting to the District Manager, you will supervise all drivers, ensuring training, discipline, operational excellence, safety, and customer service. Responsibilities Direct supervision of all drivers, providing ongoing training and ensuring procedural compliance. Conduct observational behavior assessments and driver training to identify performance issues and develop action plans. Work with the Operations Manager to maintain adequate staffing levels, participate in interviews and pre‑employment road tests. Track service/driver issues and document actions. Maintain courteous, prompt, and efficient customer relations. Ensure a healthy and safe working environment; report related issues immediately. Deliver company policy, systems, and industry‑related training to all drivers. Perform accident investigations for company vehicles involved in traffic accidents. Qualifications Preference for candidates with waste management experience. Proficiency with pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and accident investigations. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, prioritize and execute against tight timelines. Intermediate database, spreadsheet, and word‑processing skills in the Microsoft environment. Valid DZ license; G license required.
