At this time we are looking for a: CSR/Inside sales Rep. (please note this is an in person role that requires attendance at the location daily and is not remote) This role requires you to have prior work experience in customer service and inside sales. A background that includes work in a similar industry is an asset. You will require superior customer service skills as you work our sales counter, dealing with both contractors and the public. Strong computer skills and an ability to multi task is a must. The Principal Accountabilities for this position include: 1. Follow superior Health and Safety practices. 2. Serve as the primary contact between the customer and the company, handling both inbound calls and walk-in customers with exceptional levels of customer service. 3. Check stock and yard facilities for available inventory and arrange for transfers if required. 4. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge 5. General office administration duties 6.
